You can purchase our pasta products both from our online pasta shop and in our Central London restaurants. Online the minimum order is a 3-pack, whilst in our restaurants you buy from as little as 1 packet of pasta.
All of our pasta products have a shelf life of approximately 1-2 years, in order to see an exact date please refer to the stamp on your packaging.
Our pasta products should always be stored in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.

All our pasta products are suitable for vegans. Our pasta is dried pasta (made with just Italian semolina flour and water) and doesn’t contain any eggs.
Unfortunately, we don’t currently have any gluten-free pasta products. All our current range of pasta products contain gluten. If you are looking for gluten free pasta to eat at our restaurants, you can find that in our Canary Wharf restaurant exclusively.
All our pasta products contain GLUTEN, that is the only allergen.
All our pasta products are made with just 2 ingredients, 100% Italian durum wheat semolina & water from the local aquifer in Gragnano.

Our pasta products do not contain any meat or eggs and thus are halal.
After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email within 1 hour with your order number & shortly after a tracking number for your delivery. If you haven’t received this, please check your junk mail or contact us to report the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry, we’ll put it right for you. Please email us on [email protected] with details of what’s been damaged, some pictures and your order number.
Delivery is currently only available to our United Kingdom customers, but should you want to place an order for delivery abroad, please email us on [email protected] and we’ll see if we can arrange this. 95% of all orders to mainland England arrive within 48 hours, but unfortunately due to things out of our control we can not guarantee it. 99% of orders arrive within 3 working days to mainland England.

To eligible for a refund, you must make the request within 14 days of purchase, ensure your item(s) are unused and in its original packaging and condition, meet our general terms & conditions and provide proof of purchase. You will be responsible for any shipping costs for returning this item and only the original product cost minus a 25% processing fee will be refunded.
